Located in the idyllic community of Coronado California, the Bridge and Bay Garden Club encourages interest in all phases of home gardening, better horticultural practices, civic activities, the principles of artistic design and the conservation of natural resources.

And, I did get a confirmation email back.
I t appears the “Conversations” feature of Word Press, that acts like a Blog, could provide “Birds of a Feather” discussions around topics of interest or geographical location of members.
It does not seem it would require any new technology or cost.
Howevr, having a volunteer moderator is always a wise idea to avoid a free-for-all in a blog.
