Bridge & Bay Garden Club holds general meetings 8 times a year on selected months, namely: : September, October, November, January, February, March, April and May.
General Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of selected months stated. Should the 4th Monday fall on a holiday the General Meeting will be held on the following day.
General Meetings are held at the WINN Room located in the Coronado Library:
- Meetings begin with a social and refreshment time beginning at 9am
- General Meeting will be called to order at 9:30am
- Selected Program Speakers will begin at 10am respectively
General Meetings will provide social/fellowship, a call to order meeting, then will provide a planned Program Speaker and always end with a raffle and/or auction.
The following months do not have General Meetings; the club will hold the following event in place thereof:

- June- Installation Luncheon
- 4th of July Parade and Float
- August Summer Party
- December Christmas Luncheon
Artisan’s Alley BBGC Project Discontinued

At the January 22, 2015 member meeting the results of the member ballot taken during the Christmas Luncheon was announced. At that time most of the membership elected to discontinue the BBGC Artisan’s Alley project. After the announcement, a motion was made and seconded to have a member vote on whether to keep the project or discontinue it. Meeting discussion revolved around: 1) the quality of the event for raising money – members determined that that funding source wasn’t required for the next several years, at least; 2) the foundation of the project, which was designed to get all club members working together, 3) alternative activity or project during the year to replace the Artisan’s Alley project. A committee was formed with Ann Boyd as lead to gather ideas and consider alternatives.
